In the era of the modern customer first, Service quality is the key to making money.In this study, the negative is to improve the driver's self-management, the positive side is to increase the quality of service of drivers.Final integrate two aspects to the development of van drivers' driving safety courses.Purpose in the hope that not only improve from the negative aspects, but also from the positive aspects of enhanced.
This study focused on traffic accidents frequent in recent years, Kaohsiung City.Through interview-depth with road management authorities, the police, authorities and other public and private organizations.Obtain suggestions for Fault correction, improve self-management, enhance service quality, finally according to these recommendations to develop the van driver Self-Management courses and suggestion of self management for driver.
According to empirical analysis, conclusions about "Fault correction","improving for self-management" and "Enhancing for service quality"fault correction divided into "facilities and system","execution" and "prevent and solve". Improving for self-management divided into "planning", "doing" and "seeing". Enhancing for service quality divided into "core value","execution" and "review and improve".
Based on conclusions, there are three suggestions to managers who manage van drivers.Improving conditions of employment and relax entry requirements, employers should be major promoter to launch self-management and assign driver who complete all training to lead students.
This study also raises 4 chapters course of self-management: The purpose of Self-Management, The connotation of Self-Management, How to implement Self-Management and The contribution of Self-Management.
