| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 100 === In the current development trend, many hospitals and research instutions have already conducted plenty of scientific projects in medicine and pharmacology in the process of curing people. However, as Vietnam is still a poor country, the Government can spend only 2% of gross national budget expenditure. Inclusive of that 2%, the amount given to the medical and pharmaceutical works is much smaller. Funding is limited while in financial management mechanism in scientific research, how to raise financial resouces is still restricted. Therefore, to study how to raise financial resources as well as finance management in scientific research in the hospital is an urgent and practical issue.
The graduation thesis "Raising and managing financial resources for scientific research projects at Vietnam’s National Hospital of Pediatrics" aims to evaluate the mobilization and management of financial resources for scientific research, as well as evaluate the role of financial management in scientific research projects at hospitals through analyzing the situation in scientific research at Vietnam’s National Hospital of Pediatrics. The research includes the following contents:
- Research introduction (Rationale, objectives, scope and structure).
- Theoretical Foundation: To study the basic problems for the mobilization of financial resources and financial management in scientific research.
- Qualitative research method using materials and experience through many years working in financial management in scientific research.
- Data analysis: To survey, analyze, evaluate figures and collect experts’ opinions, then quantify researches in many projects through years at Vietnam’s National Hospital of Pediatrics.
- Proposal: Some solutions to complete the mechanism in managing and raising finances in scientific research projects in hospitals.
Although this research is based on practices at Vietnam’s National Hospital of Pediatrics, the author hopes that it can act as reference for scientific research in other hospitals and medical institutions in Vietnam.
