The subjects were four air pistol shooters and three air rifle shooters. The average age of air pistol shooters was 17.7±0.6 years old, with an average height of 158.3±3.4 cm, an average weight of 54.5±2.1 kg, and the average training length of 2.5±1.1 years. The average age, height, weight, and training length were respectively 17.0±0.4 years old, 157.3±2.6 cm, 54.7±4.6 kg, and 1.5±1.0 years. The test included the empty gun and firing balancing, 8x5 rounds of live ammunition firing, maximal strength, and basic endurance. The training lasted two weeks, five times per week. The data collected were analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation and the paired samples t test using SPSS 17.0 with a significant level of p<0.05. Results: (A) Two weeks of three resistances combined training on the subjects’ aerobic-anaerobic capacity did not achieve the significant difference (p>0.05). (B) Two weeks of three resistances combined training on pistol and riffle shooters’ lower limbs muscle strength achieved the significant difference (p<0.05); training on upper limbs didn’t achieve the significant difference (p>0.05). (C) Two weeks of three resistances combined training on the impact point density of pistols and riffles didn’t achieve the significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusion: Through two-week three resistances combined training, maximal strength in lower limbs was significantly enhanced; balance ability was inclined to progress; the performance of the impact point density were progressing and stable.
