This research was used quasi-experimental design. 52 third graders in the elementary school in Chaiyi city were selected as subjects and to proceed 7 weeks, 16 classes experimental instruction. The outcome was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics and ANCOVA. The main results of the study are as follows: 1. Applying instructional E-book on English teaching could promote the effects of learning achievement to the third graders. 2. Applying instructional E-book on English teaching could promote the effects of learning attitude to the third graders.
