Due to the mature of fiber optics network and 3G mobile network, the business model of E-commerce gradually turn into new types, like group purchase website, mobile tickets, mobile real estate, etc. Customers can have different experience from previous. The research focuses on the beverage industry. The main point is to construct a web subscription service platform, which can connect POS systems of the chain stores, to offer the subscription service instead of the traditional subscription way by a phone call. Customers can use the APP to give an order, and the order and customer information would be transformed by the instant massages to the store. With the technology of XMPP and XML data stream, the feature of cross-platform communication would help on the deal and information synchronism between stores and customers in order to improve the service quality and information accuracy of the deal. Besides, the cluster servers and the load balance technology are used in the platform to sustain large amount of connecting node in order to provide a quick, stable, and flexible platform and create innovative web service for both sides between the deals.
