In this thesis, improvement is due to the rotation code[2] coupled with interleaving, and enables one to trade diversity for system complexity, at no power or bandwidth expense. Introduction of mobile wireless channel and it’s simulation, and performance of rotation code when channel is changing between Rayleigh and Rician channel, calculation of the optimum angle for the rotaion code,and performance of all angle by simulation are studied in details.
