Therefore, this study adopted a non-random sampling of 540 employees from the language and science cram schools in Kaohsiung as subjects for this study. This study utilized descriptive statistics, reliability test, factor analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise regression method to analyze the study results. The results are summarized as the following: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and corporate image of language and science cram schools in Kaohsiung. Therefore, this study adopted a non-random sampling of 540 employees from the language and science cram schools in Kaohsiung as subjects for this study. This study utilized descriptive statistics, reliability test and stepwise regression method to analyze the study results. The results are summarized as the following: 1. There are significant differences between the parents of different genders on the dimension of "economic responsibility". However, there is no significant difference on the aspects of "legal responsibility", "charitable responsibility" and "moral responsibility". 2. There are significant differences among the parents of different ages in terms of "economic responsibility." However, there is no significant difference on the aspects of "legal responsibility", "charitable responsibility" and "moral responsibility". 3. There are significant differences among the parents of different ages on the part of "corporate image", "store image", and "corporate credit." Nevertheless, by post-hoc comparison, there are significant differences among parents of different ages on the cognitive level of “corporate trust”. 4. Corporate social responsibility and corporate image have significant predictive power. Besides, it showed a significant positive relationship among the various dimensions. This study provides explanation based on the study results and proposes the following suggestions: 1. A cram school should organize parents forum or information meeting in order to establish good interaction with parents. 2. A cram school should enhance the teaching and service quality to provide students with a happy and safe learning environment. 3. Cram schools are encouraged to fulfill their corporate social responsibility to effectively enhance the corporate image.
