Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 100 === The study aimed to understand junior high school educators’ opinions of Senior and Vocational High School Test-Free Admission Program and Application in Kaohsiung. The method of this research adopted a questionnaire survey, and educators from 24 junior high schools in Kaohsiung were selected as participants. 566 questionnaires were distributed with 434 effective questionnaires, and the effective rate was 76.68%. The questionnaire for Senior and Vocational High School Test-Free Admission Program and Application in Kaohsiung was used as the research tool. The Cronbach’s α coefficient in this study was 0.867, and the reliability of questionnaire is confident. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and Chi-square test. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The opinion of junior high school educators for a Test-Free Admission Program (1) Most junior high school educators had affirmative opinions for target and implementation of Test-Free Admission Program. i. Test-Free Admission Program can release pressures on student and make style of teaching normalize. ii. Test-Free Admission Program can get the target of educational resource be shorten between city and country. (2) Most junior high school educators against when the number overload by drawing. 2. The opinion of junior high school educators for Application (1) Most junior high school educators have affirmative opinions for target and implementation of Application. (2) Most junior high school educators agree the rule that cross-district enrollment and taking into account performance at school. 3. The opinion of junior high school educators for Twelve-Year Compulsory Education (1) Most junior high school educators had affirmative opinions for target and implementation of Twelve-Year Compulsory Education. i. Career guidance in junior high and characteristic development in senior high could get students’ learning according to their personalities. ii. One of key point about Twelve-Year Compulsory Education depends on society and parents altering their concept values. iii. The meaning of test-free was not equal to losing competitiveness and negative learning attitude, so students should adjust their learning attitude. (2) The authorities would continuously promote Twelve-Year Compulsory Education. According to above conclusions, some suggestions were proposed for the Bureau of Education, every junior high school in Kaohsiung and further study in the future.
