Through to archive scholars’ research of the U.S.A and R.O.C., and explore the theoretical literature related to voting behavior later trying to construct the campaign strategy. Further, viewing the 2010 Kaohsiung City Mayor Election with the campaign strategy, and supplemented by depth information from interviews. Testing witch camps strategy of Huang Zhaoshun of KMT, Chen Chu of DPP, or Yang Chiu-hsing is more approval. Preliminary findings, as long as there is throughout the campaign strategy for any errors, both will have connections, thereby affecting the effectiveness of the various aspects of play. In this case of the 2010 Kaohsiung City Mayor Election, for KMT, Not appropriate candidate is the main factor to lose the election, and Yang Chiu-hsing competition space is already limited since he quit DPP. In contrast, the dynamic model of campaign strategy really can do as an election after the end of the review tools, and the election process to determine the baseline.
