Taiwan is currently in the and to development of medical tourism stage to view the business model and to develop the right business district selection strategy, one of the key indicators of career development. Through literature review and questionnaire survey, commercial location choice of the medical tourism is divided into four dimensions of the transportation, medical tourism address of the external neighboring facilities, medical tourism addresses the internal conditions and customer satisfaction. The integration of all levels of factors are, respectively, as follows: 1.Transport dimensions of factors for traffic flow, traffic convenience, the surrounding traffic circulation and parking space planning. 2.Medical tourism address dimensions of influencing factors for external neighboring facilities meeting place for the crowd, humanities and education facilities, shops within one kilometer of facilities. 3. Medical tourism addresses aspects influencing factors of total operating area of the width of the address of the business area for medical tourism, medical tourism addresses, medical tourism to address visibility, product positioning and characteristics. 4. Customer satisfaction dimensions of the attitude of service personnel, professionals, professional competence, the process of service delivery planning and design, response to customer feedback speed. For each group, three sort of factor weights, cognitive differences, transport dimensions almost all groups are the order of the first, medical tourism industry enterprises in the transport dimensions of policy application, be sure extra carefully planning and assessment, transport dimensions influencing factors weights are among the best value, the vast majority of groups are key indicators of significance.
