It’s also an indispensable part of the sustainable development of enterprises. Corporate social responsibility is not only getting emphasized by community, but also regarded as a basic business strategy by Modern enterprise. In the past, a lot of emphasis had been given to the study of improving the financial performances and operating conditions through corporate social responsibility. In fact, the benefits of many corporate social responsibility is not simply measured from the currencyWith the development of times, under the international trends of he rise of consumer awareness and emphasis on corporate social responsibility, enterprises also integrate social responsibility into the guidelines for the functioning of business operations and marketing strategies. The corporate social responsibility has been fully demonstrated a new style after the efforts of governments, the community, enterprises, and even the United Nations in the twenty-first century. It’s not only to create economic value for the enterprise, to make profit for shareholders and investors, but also create the goodness of social value, such as: paying lawful tax, protecting environment, keeping labor rights, and participating enthusiastically in charity and community involvement. Many scholars explore the corporate social responsibility mostly through the enterprise management or the customer's perspective. Then, this study explores and analyzes via the employee's point Therefore, this study investigates whether businesses investment in the social responsibility that affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees. The aims of the study are to explore if corporate social responsibility inputs will affect the correlation between employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The subjects of this study are employees from business department of the insurance company’s. A total of 380 questionnaires were issued, the effective recovery of 234, and the effective recovery rate was 75.24%. The study adopts statistical processing (SPSS software) and analysis to make sure reliability and validity. As a result, businesses investing in social responsibility have a significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, staff’s job satisfaction has a significant impact on organizational commitment. And then this study explored if the businesses investing in corporate social responsibility on the job satisfaction affects the employees' organizational commitment through the intermediary of the workers job satisfaction. As a consequence, it shows the social responsibility of corporate has a significant effect of the enhancement of non-financial performance. We hope that businesses can take advantage of corporate social responsibility to show their value, and put the value within the organization to become organizational culture. Thus, the staffs have a positive attitude and behavior to improve the overall performance.
