The research tool is Questionnaire for Study on the Awareness, Attitude and Teaching of Elementary School Teacher of Taoyuan County over Global Warming designed by the researcher. The objects of the survey for the research are 300 elementary school teachers of Taoyuan County drawn in stratified random sampling. Descriptive statistics, Independent Sample T test and ANOVA are employed for quantified analysis. Results of Research: 1. The Overall Mean Value of Awareness, Attitude and Teaching of Taoyuan County elementary school teachers is at medium to high level 2. There is significant difference of elementary school teachers over global warming in background variables (scale of school and area of school) 1) There is significant difference in the awareness of concepts related to global warming, but after conducting Scheffe Post Hoc Comparison, there is no significant difference existed. 2) Teachers of schools of different scale have significant difference in the awareness of concepts related to global warming. 3) Personal background variables of teachers (gender, grade teaching, academic background and whether global warming class studied) of elementary school do not exist with significant difference in awareness of global warming. 3. Teachers with different background variables do not have significant difference in the attitude to global warming 4. Teachers with different background variables do not have significant difference in the teaching of global warming In concluding the results of the research, in awareness of global warming teachers are affected by the scale of school and area school located, and the difference in awareness is not come from difference in personal variables of teachers, but associated to the scale and location of school. It is believed that the causes of it may be limited numbers of teacher of small scale school are closer in interaction and high consensus of team work, that lead to the significant higher awareness of global warming related concepts than teachers in large scale school.
