In the implementation process, the most important health-related personnel in order to strengthen the medical Feiqi cognitive deficiencies, and hospital unit policies negligence or improper handling, access control to make the medical waste, the goal to achieve an effective reduction of resources and re-use, can reduce the danger caused to the environment, to improve health care quality of life. This study used qualitative research methods, for three large-scale medical waste disposal industry in depth, to collect relevant data and literature review based on the Porter's Five Forces as a research tool to explore the three operators similar to the medical waste disposal industry the business model, through the potential new entrants, suppliers, customers, substitutes, and the development of industry competition analysis, as a case study of comprehensive comparison of competitiveness. The study found that in a competitive niche areas: First, vertical integration: to be accumulated through long experience and personnel training, access to the middle of the front of the removal equipment building and planning process to ensure quality control. Second, a strong management team: the establishment of North and South locations, develop talents and training of cadres. In Favorable, unfavorable factors, a, favorable factors: (a) the rise of environmental awareness, (b) the establishment and enforcement of related laws, and (iii) market demand is greater than supply. Second, the negative factors: (a) the exclusion of residents of the environmental industry, and (b) factors such as new competitors join. The study found that medical waste for the Government to promote the implementation of related laws, and enhance the people's level of knowledge, so that the concept of environmental consciousness, so that medical waste disposal industry business strategy has its benefit.
