碩士 === 中華大學 === 行政管理學系碩士班 === 101 === The establishment of the Organizational structure planning , organizational design is mainly to play when the anticipated features and effects in order to achieve organizational goals, then the design of the organization's business structure will affect the efficiency of the organization, poorly designed business structure, organizational design will make the expected by the beginning of the function, can not play, or even have the opposite effect. Police operations tried to please everyone, and police organizational structure and operational unclear division of labor, resulting in the police station, branch, police organizations in the business of promoting and service implementation, overlapping each other, so that police work is too heavy, work pressure, morale low, the majority of my colleagues want to leave the police station. Police motivation to work, it will affect the image of the police, if not improve thinking, fear for my police organizations have an extremely adverse developments. How to adjust the organizational structure of the police, in order to play organization of business functions, improve the working environment, improve morale, to help improve police interactions with the public, and thus enhance the public's perception and satisfaction, it will be an important issue . In this study, through the relevant organization theory literature based, with reference to the basic principles of organizational functions to adjust, Hsinchu City Police Department through the empirical interview subjects to explore Hsinchu City Police and the respective branch, police currently operate on the practical problems arising from the organization , personnel and services, etc. for the entire management of the organization to adjust the direction of the Hsinchu City Police organizational functions for business restructuring and put forward concrete practical recommendations for improvements will be used as future business restructuring Hsinchu City police Department on the basis of organizational functions and for other local police authority reference.
