Currently the most urgent need to focus on education in Taiwan is English, and enhance students' English proficiency, so the Ministry of Education in improving education in Taiwan and began to focus on English courses. New Taipei City Government in line with the policy of the Ministry of Education, New Taipei City in 97 years on a trial basis "Revitalising course experiment program" whose aim is to cultivate with "multi-language capabilities," a new generation of citizens. Activation programs implemented so far, there are scholars of you conduct relevant research programs, which all research programs and prepare the final teaching, its main purpose is to explore how effective activation of course, what needs to be improved so that students get the most from the course harvest. To investigate the students 'quality requirements for activation of English courses, hoping to better meet the needs of students, combined with the students' expectations for the activation of courses to enable students to be more interested in learning English, and thus enhance the overall quality of courses. This research uses fuzzy analytical Kano model analysis to explore the quality of students' English courses activation ideas. The results showed that students' physical, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions of the five aspects of the classification of two-dimensional quality attributes, satisfaction improvement targets of sort, which after two further proposed classification dimensional quality attributes importance index, the students get a more complete attention to the quality of English courses activated items. Available in the education field as teachers design courses for students' needs and teaching.
