碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The early days of the fertilizer industry in Taiwan were as a state-owned enterprise and no competition in the market since 1999. After the privatization of the fertilizer industry, fertilizer industry becomes a free and competitive market industry. Various private fertilizer companies have listed on the start competition; farmers have more choice what gradually changes the structure of the fertilizer industry in Taiwan. The study dynamic competition model proposed Chen (1996) as the main analytical methods, and the final competitor image to analyze the relationship between Taiwan fertilizer industry market competitors. The past mentioned competitor analysis, nothing more than the order to five forces analysis or SWOT analysis as competitor’s analysis tools. The main analytical elements begin with the static elements; it is difficult to reflect the true competitive relationship between competitors. Dynamic competitive markets and resources is as a basis for various fertilizer manufacturers in the analysis of the relationship of their own resources and market competition, and then to explore the interaction between the competitors. Understanding of the relationship between competitive strategy of Taiwan fertilizer industry competitor’s dynamic competition model by Chen (2008) construct the contender’s image as well as competitor analysis framework for fertilizer industry as strategy and future reference.
