Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 101 === The main purpose of the study is to investigate Current situation of elementary school teachers' information literacy and the teaching innovation in Taichung City, and to examine the differences between elementary school teachers' information literacy and the teaching innovation which caused by different background variables. Finally, we analyze the relationships of elementary school teachers' information literacy and the teaching innovation. The present study used survey method and elementary school teachers in Taichung City were chosen as samples. According to the ratio of the school size, 400 teachers were sampled to answer the researcher-developed questionnaire about the survey on of the teachers' information literacy and teaching innovation. 396 were recovered, and the available number was 396, available up to 99%. The data were analyzed by methods including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn as follows:First, the current situation of information literacy and the teaching innovation of elementary school teachers in Taichung City are fairly good. Second, teachers with different background variables of gender, education, age, positions in the overall level of information literacy are significant differences. In the teachers' background variables, only the scale of different school in the overall level of teaching innovation is significant difference. Third, teachers' information literacy and the teaching innovation in Taichung City have a significant positive correlation. Finally, according to the results of the research, some suggestions were proposed for teachers, school, education authorities and research in the future.
