Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學系 === 101 === In this study, we have prepared Nickel oxide nanoparticles by high gravity liquid precipitation method. NiCl2 and NH4OH were chosen as raw materials. In a continuous operation of the synthesis of nickel hydroxide, calcining of Ni(OH)2, NiO nanoparticles were produced. The effects of operating variables, including rotating speed, concentration of raw materials, and different calcination temperatures were taken into consideration. The results showed that 56.1 nm average particle size of Ni(OH)2, were obtained at rotating speed 1750 rpm, NiCl2 concentration 0.2 M, NH4OH concentration 0.3 M, dispersant concentration 0.0014 M PEG. After drying and calcining 400℃for 1hr, we obtained NiO powder with an average size of 82.7 nm.
