Therefore, how to understand the reading behavior and improve the reading skill has become an important education issue. The purpose of this study is to understand the long-term reading behavior of students in Feng Chia University. Through taking the large-scale of data survey and descriptive statistics analysis, the result showed that inner motivation means those who consider themselves like to read would chose browsing way to read. External behavior means that the reading source comes from “library”. As for the reading media is based on the “magazines.” First reading location will be at home and then libraries. In order to give a specific framework of college students reading behavior, it showed that the relationship between the library and the reading behavior are very close. It plays an important role on supporting students reading behavior. Reading promotion has become a functional guiding and book fairs have become one of students’ favorite activities. In order to explore further on college students’ reading behavior and the relation between some book fairs and Universities’ library. The author took usage behavior, usage satisfaction and reading promotion activities as variables and did the independence chi-square test. The result showed that the level of reading lover, people who love to go to book fairs has a strong dependence on college students who like to take advantage of library.
