According to the past literature, the relationship between achievement motivation and leader member exchange hasn’t been explored so far, but there are only domestic scholars have analyzed the impact of work motivation on organization commitment, job satifaction and performance of This research used the achievement motivation as independent variable to discuss the connection between the achievement motivation and affect dimension, loyalty dimension, contribution dimension, and professional respect dimension of leader-member exchange. In this research, the below results were found: 1. The employees with high achievement motivation would make the greatest efforts for supervisor when being assigned to a difficult task and work even these works exceed original work content. 2. The employees with stronger achievement motivation would not respect the professional knowledge, skills and status of supervisor. 3. The relationship between achievement motivation and the emotional dimension of leader-member exchange is not significant. 4. The relationship between achievement motivation and the loyalty dimension of leader-member exchange is not significant. Besides, this research proposed the analysis of the results and recommendations of management practices and future research directions. Keyword: Achievement Motivation, Leader-Member Exchange
