| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 觀光與餐飲旅館學系 === 101 === This study is attempted to investigate the carrer approach of the students, who chose the hospitality program during the academic year 2007 to 2012 at a junior high of Taoyuan County. A questionnaire survey was carried to these target students. Of 175 questionnaires launched, 143 copies were effective and undergone data analysis using SPSS v12.0. The results showed the characteristics of students, including gender, academic year, career status, family condition, the occupation and education of parent (s), and the averaged household monthly income, are found positively correlated to thier career approach, learning motivation and learning satisfaction, which also have significant differences with the personal characteristics. In addition, the career approach can be significantly predicted by learning motivation and learning satisfaction as analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The overall result can be useful for the related parties, such as the target school, education department of governments, and future study.
