Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 101 === In this thesis mainly studies the bike driver system to improve electric bicycle performance. The transformed electric bicycles can be used not only as ordinary bicycles but also as fitness bicycles. Through the use of bipolar circuits, the electric bike is equipped with the functions of grid connecting and grid charging. To achieve system efficiency, the bi-directional power source is composed of full-bridge converter and push-pull converter. Moreover, the power generating function can be achieved by adopting fitness mode of the electric bike, and goal of grid-connected is further accomplished by transmission of electricity through full-bridge converter and push-pull converter. A dsPIC30F4011 is adopted to control the power generated by the fitness bicycle, and the generator torque is also controlled to simulate different levels of drag. Through this design, both fitness purpose and power recycle are then achieved. In addition, when the bicycle’s battery is flat, grid electric power can be used to recharge the bicycle through rectifier and push-pull converter. That is, additional charger is no longer needed, and the overall cost can be saved. The contribution of this study is to complete a 400W bi-directional converter and full-bridge inverter with grid-connected of 200W bicycle power generation system. Furthermore, PIC is adopted to perform digital control of the system, making the system easier to use.
