And this thesis researches the effect in commercial insurance policies of prison inmates. At the same time to discuss the rights and duties in the insurance of prison inmates.
The government enacts the policy of social insurance, the prison correct and manages the inmates, and the insurance companies design the insurance commodities. They must consider the specification of insurance in the social of prison inmates, and to strengthen the promotion of the insurance laws and regulations for prison inmates.
