Summary:碩士 === 明道大學 === 產業創新與經營學系碩士班 === 101 === By virtue of payments to employees, shortage of labors, appreciation on New Taiwan Dollars, these make the production costs increase gradually in Taiwan’s garment and accessories products industry. Thus, in order to gain the benefits of trade, the garment and accessories products industry from 1997 to 2010 have moved their production facilities overseas to increase its competition ability. It is evidenced that garment and accessories products industry have faced the economy dilemma and financial crisis in 4 aspects--- number of companies (41%), number of hired employees (49.5%), gross output value (39.5%) and earned surplus (73.2%). However, there are still 1119 businesses successfully survived and 46736 employee hired in 2010. The aim of this study concludes successful survival strategies based on the interviews of successful entrepreneurs, analysis of current business operation via Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) setting up 4 main strategies and 17 sub-strategies and further comparison of the importance in different potential factors from 10 experienced experts in garment industry through Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHD). The results of this study could provide running strategies for reference in the garment and accessories products industry.
