| Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 101 === The paper aims at designing an all round LED bulb of wide range voltage input, low Watt, and constant flow source with a white light LED component. At present, Energy saving and carbon emission reduction have become a global trend, so if the common fluorescent tube can be replaced by LED bulb instead of LED tube, the efficacy will be even better, moreover, with lesser space occupied, energy consumed, easier in mounting and dismounting etc., LED bulb can also be more convenient for interior decoration. In the part of circuit framework, the LED bulb is composed of mainly fly-back converter, plus PWM control IC of high performance low voltage, QR current mode and zero voltage start.
The all round LED bulb mechanism design adopts aluminum plate of preferred heat dissipation to fabricate, based on pentagon shape to fabricate a set of pentagonal prisms to place circuits and LEDs, where LEDs are placed homogeneously on each plane of sides and the top to reach overall homogeneous brightness. And the study further analyzes, deliberates, and infers over the circuit framework, operation principle, in the end, a set of all round LED bulb is developed and tested.
