They all will bring a huge influence to company’s performance whether the nature of organization, the type of organization or the function of organization. The existence, importance and influence of the organization all are not negligible when the company operates with structured formal organization. It will bring a positive effect for company when the informal organization is handled and used with skill, so it is necessary that investigate the composition of formal organization and informal organization and analyze the correlation. The informal organization comes from the formal organization, and furthermore, is demanded and created when the formal organization starts to operate. The informal organization is an important and inseparable part of formal organization, but that is always ignored. The formation of the informal organization in company usually reflects the non-awareness behavior as well as irrational habit of staff. The informal organization is a positive causal relationship when formal organization is operating in company. The informal organization provides the basis for a prior preparation and interaction to make the psychological preparation possible based on the same goal, communication and mutual cooperation. It is particularly appearance in the example that developing from formal organization to informal organization. Though it is short-lived to informal organization, there is a absolute influence to formal organization. This research focuses to discuss how the informal organization effects the formal organization in F property insurance company. It will be an interdependent double-win if they have the good interaction for the formal organization and the informal organization. Company formed by the formal organization but was adjusted and given vitality by the unofficial organization. The two relationships are closed. We hereby explore the informal organization's influence in the company in depth through interviews with senior staff and heads in various grass-roots, and how to integrate the real relationship between these two organizations.
