The economic development committee of Executive Yuan Council, has estimated that the Republic of China aging population will be achieved in 20% of its total population in 2016, the speed of aging is ranked the second and right after Japan. In view of the aging population will lead to chronic disease patterns which slow down the development of a country, also increased the demand for long-term care. Therefore, the government wants to promote on the field of information technology for senior citizen’s self-health management at home and this approach also can be reduced the cost of medical needs for those seniors. The construction of health management cloud system provides opportunity for seniors to manage their own health at home, by measuring the physiological health information and store it in the cloud, which can later be examined after logging into the service platform. Furthermore, the physical health information analysis will be presented by graphs, for the senior citizens to use as a reference for self-health management at home.
