Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理系企業電子化碩士班 === 101 === Current information systems integration industry presents a high turnover but low profit margin status, and because the results showed lean, and now a lot of talent drain, have toward the Hsinchu Science Park, Tainan work and other conditions, resulted in a succession dilemma faced by the Company, and the current status of the young people engaged in systems integration industry can’t be a long time, resulting in the middle of the clip in the supply chain systems integration industry is facing great difficulties. Information with high pressure systems integration industry, faced with the original master technology and raw materials, but also by end users hold the budget, resulting in significant reduction in the margin, but the system integration industry but also has the characteristics of services. In this study, system integrators employees empirical subjects, issued a total of 220 questionnaires were distributed. 197 effective samples, samples for the study descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, measurement model testing, structure analysis path coefficient test. The results of this study include business a total of eight engineers and maintenance engineers concluded that sales engineers for institutional, rationality, no significant internal control variables such qualities, the rest are showing remarkable; while maintenance engineer for the incentive, internal characteristics, external control characteristics no significant variables such as, the rest are showing remarkable.
