Integrate emotional semantic adjectives on paper packaging design products and choose the most appropriate of emotional semantic adjectives for experiment. By using Fuzzy Set Theory in Pros and cons of test product evaluation, this study tried to assess the merits of market competitiveness. Four criteria and weights paper packaging design were established, including relative emotional semantic adjectives on visual and tactile sense design factors, the consumers ideal sample of design factors, assessing the merits of market competitiveness design factors, and the shape and material design factors to sort the quantitative weights. From the analysis, the following conclusions are reached: (1)The consumer prefers the souvenir carton design product which expresses the high class and exquisite shape imagery convey, as well as meticulous and warm material imagery convey. The rough and cheap product shape, as well as rough and ice cold material convey images of lower preference. (2)Consumers think souvenir carton design importance is the high class quantity factor of shape imagery, and affinitive factor of warm material imagery convey. (3)The hexagonal trapezoid, arc rectangular, sphere and petal polygon of shape design, the purer surface and having a thickness material design can convey better souvenir carton design product image. The Verification experiment was to evaluate for design factors suitability and an improved model of products design. It offers a reference for the future design of Souvenir Carton.
