The number of teachers and students participating the online community and forum is still increasing every year. This study explores iEARN teachers’ belief, perception and teaching approach toward project-based learning and relationship among one another and compares the significant differences among the three variables. Meanwhile, this study adopts the mixed model method to interview the subjects and to develop the questionnaire. The questionnaires of “Teachers’ Belief,” “Teachers’ Perception,” and “Teachers’ Teaching Approach” were distributed to all iEARN teachers in the online survey and the data was analyzed by SPSS statistics. The main findings are as follows. 1.iEARN teachers’ belief scored in general at the middle-high level. 2.iEARN teachers’ project perception scored averagely at the middle-high level. 3.iEARN teachers’ teaching approach scored averagely at the three teaching approaches, especially high at the imitator one. 4.There are positive correlations partly among iEARN teachers’ belief, project perception and project teaching approach. 5.iEARN teachers’ belief and project perception in response to the project teaching approach are predictable. The suggestions as follows are provided for the teachers and organizations that are interested in international exchange and collaboration as references. 1. For teachers: (1)Adopting collaborative teaching and interdisciplinary teaching approaches as doing iEARN projects. (2)Learning and questioning from iEARN teachers to apply different teaching approaches flexibly. (3)Using the iEARN forum well to maintain the belief, “Make A Difference.” (4)Encouraging teachers to do iEARN projects to enhance the theory of project-based learning. (5)Applying the iEARN project into their curriculum to improve and innovate their teaching. (6)Doing the iEARN projects to promote teachers’ profession to deal with the tendency toward teacher evaluation. 2. For organizations: (1)Hosting the international exchange activities and presentations to increase teachers’ belief toward international education. (2)Promoting to apply project-based learning into the regular curriculum to enhance students’ international perspective. Mao-sen Liang Yao-ming Chu 梁茂森 朱耀明 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 239 zh-TW
