| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 101 === The aim of this study is to understand the relationships between the council member’s work values and the satisfaction with works by the research of Pingtung County Council. We conducted census by the questionnaire ‘Pingtung County Council member’s work values and the satisfaction with works.’ We handed out 100 questionnaires, retrieved 84 questionnaires, and deleted unavailable or incomplete 7 questionnaires, there were 77 effective questionnaires, and the usable rate is 91.7%. We analyzed this information by analysis of descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression, etc.
Results of this study were summarized as followings:
1.The Pingtung County Council member’s work values and the satisfaction with works are good.
2.Council member’s work values and the satisfaction with works are positive correlation.
3.Council member’s work values can promote the satisfaction with works, and the integrated synergy is the most effective.
