In the past, the ethical leadership research mostly practiced and the application on eduicational field, rarely attention on business research. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of ethical leadership on employee task performance.Also testify the mediating effect of job autonomy and supervisory support, the study include two mediator. Data were obtained from “Common Wealth Magazine” .This research distributed 700 questionnaires and 416 valid samples are return. The vaild return rate is 59%. Based on SEM method, the finding showed that ethical leadership has significant effects on job autonomy and supervisory support. In addition, Job autonomy and supervisory support have significant effects on employee task performance. Furthermore, there is no sgnificant impact in the relationship between ethical leadership and employee task performance.Finally, job autonomy and supervisory support mediate relationships between ethical leadership and task performance.
