Japan Fukushima nuclear disaster occurred on March 11, 2011, re-examining the safety of nuclear power in the world, and start thinking about using the same necessity of clean energy from natural gas. Natural gas taken globally recognized most clean energy, About "energy security" is the important issue of economic development , Gather and collect the relevant documents and statistical data of this article on natural gas supply and demand . The status of the procurement process and shipping transport, in-depth analysis of research results are as follows: （1）The budget targets for operating spindle case, oil prices, gas prices, electricity prices are control has its costs , Major domestic gas users, slowing promises long-term dosage requirements, suppliers cannot discuss in due course long the fixed date of the LNG purchase contract, This key policy in addition to the effects of "cost-effectiveness" is about outside "a steady supply", the competent authorities shall assist in the conversion of electric energy fuels policy clearly in order to break security of natural gas supply. （2）From the failure of national policy stipulates security of natural gas stocks, maritime transport and parking operations, has its political and natural disaster risks, the competent authorities should focus on domestic construction demand of natural gas tank, actively betting learn from advanced countries and storage facilities for the benefit of stable energy supply. Expected research results can provide natural gas related industries to develop trading strategies as well as the reference of the competent government organs to develop energy policy.
