In this study, a questionnaire survey to collect research data, issued a total of 500 questionnaires were recovered 294 valid questionnaires were valid response rate was 58.8%. The study found that as a business philosophy of the culture of peace is a posi-tive and significant impact on the international competitiveness of enterprises. About the United States, the Netherlands, Britain, Japan MNE in the differences of culture of peace in the Taiwan subsidiary business philosophy: the MNE higher, Japan, the United States, followed by the UK MNE, Netherlands MNE minimum; international competitiveness of enterprises, also Japanese MNE than high, the United States, British MNE followed, Netherlands MNE minimum. The conclusions of this study, more emphasis on business philosophy and management system of the culture of peace (ie, combined with the advantages of the parent company and the land management system of more to take the third culture), obtained higher international competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is recommended the Taiwan local businesses and business leaders overseas investment required to improve the business philosophy of a culture of peace and the implementation of the business management system in different cultures, in order to improve the corporate international competitiveness.
