The Chien-Kuo Market will be demolished after the Taichung railway elevation project. And there will be a new commercial building at the original location. I try to endow the Chien-Kuo Market with a new role in Taichung city, so that it could become a important node connecting the local and modern urban context after the appearance of the new Taichung Railway Station.
