Summary:碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 101 === The main purpose of this paper is the application of TRIZ systematic innovation method to improve the quality of school administrative services, to support teachers to play their teaching skills, and to improve student learning outcomes and school competitiveness. Educators under the influence of the low birth rate, coupled with parents improved option for education, so that the competitive pressures faced by schools doubled. Therefore, how to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of school administrative services has become an important subject of the current school an urgent need to improve. However, according to a review of the literature in the past, we found that most studies for school administration service quality are to follow the PZB service quality model to explore how the design of innovative thinking and research to improve the quality of school administrative services is still quite lacking. In order to achieve innovative design with the purpose to improve the quality of school administrative services, the study will be to construct the school administration service quality parameters, corresponding with the quality of service parameters of TRIZ to improve the quality of school administrative services for follow-up.
