Our environment has been caused indelible damage by the phenomena of Ozone hole (the greenhouse effect), forest disappears, extreme weather, resources emptied, and etc. Building is the leading industry, and one of the best industries among energy analysis. Our country uses EEWH Green Building Assessment System since 1999. All public construction projects are required by Green Building Review, and it’s no exception to National Army works. Currently National Army works mainly take the way of entrusted technical services. To get the certificate of Green Building Review is included in the Technical Services. In practice, all is executed by architects. Most implementation results just reach the qualified standard only (Bronze grade containing more than is about 12%). Other alertness constructions by National Army self-examination, are also only meet the minimum standards of Green Building. Thus, it’s unable to effectively enhance the standard of the National Army Green Building projects. This study is based on EEWH-BC version (2012 edition). We do the rational analysis for the nine indicators and their evaluation factors via literature and practical analysis. Then simplify, amend existing formulas and scoring criteria in accordance with the results of the analysis. In compliance with the existing standards, we will simplify the calculation of score sheet to the sum of the columns, not by the weight of the product. Thus, it could provide the National Army reference to use in Green Building design. It can also assist the grassroots staffs to do the preliminary review in accordance with the new Score sheet.
