The system takes a PLC controller as the core. It establishes an intelligent cooling system design which includes a temperature sensor, a water recycling system and a water refilling. It applies a multi-sensor detector technology to act as the input of fuzzy theory. According to the fuzzy control principle, a water recycling control index table is achieved and makes the factory roof with a cooling and energy saving function. By means of actual verification, the intelligent controlled temperature design is stable and has characteristics of simple, fast-responsive and sturdy. The medium-sized factories can achieve the energy-saving purpose and promote the performance effectively.
