碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 102 === The study mainly research domestic financial holding company’s Directors and Supervisors mortgage ratio related to business performance.Whether business performance will be influenced by the Directors and Supervisors mortgage ratio taking data from 2005 to 2013 Taiwan financial holding company on listed, especially for large financial holding company shareholders.They only have little shares but control company massive assets and have the power to make business decisions that will result in some issues about agency problem.Studies for Directors and Supervisors mortgage ratios relate to business performance and delinquency taking data from 2005 to 2013 (samples 450) from domestic financial holding companies .The study shows as follows:1.Delinquency rates relate to return on equity are negative relations.2.Delinquency rates relate to return on assets are negative relations. 3.Delinquency rates relate to earnings per share are negative relations.4.Shareholders mortgage rates relate to earnings per share are negative relations.
