The subjects of this study are insurance salesman in central Taiwan and applying questionnaire survey. 500 questionnaires were issued to the subjects. Among the 473 returned questionnaires, 417 were valid with the retrieved rate of 88.2%. Statistical methods used in this study include the confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive unvaried analysis, independent t-test, MANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The structural equation modeling analyzing the path dimensions relevance. After analyzing the questionnaires, we came up with the following conclusions. 1. Insurance salesman of the insurance company from different backgrounds have significant differences in job involvement. 2. Insurance salesman of the insurance company from different backgrounds have significant differences in work-family conflict. 3. Insurance salesman of the insurance company from different backgrounds have significant differences in job satisfaction. 4. Insurance salesman of the insurance company from different backgrounds have significant differences in life satisfaction. 5. Insurance salesman of the insurance company from different backgrounds have significant differences in organizational commitment. 6. Job involvement, work-family conflict, job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and organizational commitment for insurance salesman of the insurance company are correlated. 7. Job involvement, and life satisfaction have a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction. Besides, work-family conflict has a significantly negative effect on job satisfaction. 8. Job involvement, and job satisfaction have a significantly positive effect on organization commitment.
