Profitable elements of the enterprise is no longer tangible products, but rather by the invisible service designed to further promote the industry's profitability has become a critical success factor. Design work is different from art, in response to the work of the designer and the customer demand conditions, create your own design style and design to achieve a sense of visual communication. Whether in the field of flat shape or animation are evident, this research service design practitioners working characteristics of theory. Then the designer to explore the cognitive perspective of self-efficacy and innovation behavior, extends to affect the relationship between design innovation performance. Expect to be able to take this as a service to provide strategic reference design industry on job characteristics, improve self-efficacy and innovative design staff behavior, and in order to improve the design industry innovation performance. In this study, service industry employees as the object of study design, sampling a random sample, conduct research. A total of 500 questionnaires distributed, 495 valid questionnaires copies, SPSS 18.0 version of the questionnaire to compile and analyze. And linear structural equation the hypotheses. The empirical results of this study are as follows: 1.The job characteristics has positively and significant influence on self-efficacy. 2.The job characteristics has positively and significant influence on innovation behavior. 3.The self-efficacy does not have significantly positively influence on innovation behavior. 4.The self-efficacy does not have significantly positively influence on innovation performances. 5.The job characteristics does not have significantly positively influence on innovation performances. 6.The innovation behavior has positively and significant influence on innovation performance.
