This study selected 35 firms as decision making units including 23 firms listed at stock exchange and 12 firms listed at over-the-counter (OTC). This study used Assurance Region model measures (AR) data envelopment analysis combined with the balanced scorecard (BSC) to assess overall productivity (OP) and individual productivities of CMMI. The individual productivities were measured in terms of financial perspective (FP), customer perspective (CP), learning and growth perspective (LGP), internal process perspective (IPP). The study employed cross efficiency measure to identify the best practice, utilized Malmquist productivity index to estimate productivity change over a ten-year period, and finally applied Tobit regression analysis to examine the effects of environmental factors on productivity. The results of show that : (i) in general, the sampled companies have medium levels of OP, LGP and IPP productivity and a high level of FP productivity, but has a poor level of CP productivity; (ii) most of the sampled companies are experienced constant returns to scale or increasing returns to scale and some companies are experienced decreasing returns to scale; (iii)Yuan Zhen has the best OP and IP productivity; Yong McNair has the best LGP productivity; Carbon company has the best CP productivity; and Tong company has the best FP productivity; (iv) a company with a high-level of OP tends to have high levels of FP, IPP and CP productivities, but may not have a high level of LGP productivity; (v) the listed companies outperformed the OTC companies in IPP; the OTC companies have higher levels of OP, FP, LGP and CP productivities than the listed companies do; (vi) in average, the sampled companies hadve positive productivity growth, that might the cause by progress of technical changes; (vii) density and diversity of export products has a significant positive impact on overall productivity of the sampled companies. 孫遜 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 142 zh-TW
