Summary:碩士 === 修平科技大學 === 人力資源管理與發展碩士班 === 102 === The present research was aimed at the influence on teachers’Well-Being by using Health Behavior Self-Efficacy as the independent variable and proceeded with a further discussion on the moderate effect of Big Five Personality Traits. This study employed elementary school teachers in Taichung as the research objectives and a questionnaire survey methodology was conducted. This research extracted 60 schools from 232 elementary schools in different types and scales. The participants in the research comprised 500 teachers. 485 questionnaires were received with the reply, in which 472 questionnaires were valid, with an overall valid responserate of 94.40%. The statistical techniques were item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the moderate effect. Besides the following conclusions, some recommendations were provided in terms of practical applications and for future research. 一、 There is a positive impact of the teacher’s Health behavior self-efficacy on Well-being. 二、 There is a significant moderate effect of “Extraversion Personality Traits” on the relationship between “Health behavior self-efficacy” and “Well-Being”. 三、 There is a significant moderate effect of “Openness to Experience Personality Traits” on the relationship between “Health behavior self-efficacy” and “Well-Being”. 四、 There is a significant moderate effect of “Emotional Stability Personality Traits” on the relationship between Health behavior self-efficacy and Well-Being”. 五、 There is a significant moderate effect of “Conscientiousness Personality Traits” on the relationship between “Health behavior self-efficacy” and “Well-Being” 六、 There is a significant moderate effect of “Agreeableness Personality Traits” on the relationship between “Health behavior self-efficacy” and “Well-Being”.
