The policy instruments designed to use subsidies in photovoltaic are included: (1) price-based feed-in tariff (FIT) and bonus price, versus (2) quantity-based tradable green certificate (TGC). In this thesis we contrast these two alternatives in terms of expected revenue. Under weather uncertainty for the electricity generation in solar PV produces variations; we discuss the government choice in price and quantity support schemes. This thesis lists the construction engineering and operating financial risks. It calculates the levelized cost of electricity and the internal rate of return from solar power plant and residence rooftop. With the research and development in new technologies and materials, low cost and high efficiency of solar products achieve grid parity. The development and employment of solar energy avoid the disturbance of energy policies and national fiscal situation. Chen, Bor-Ching 陳柏青 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW |
