In particular, the price of the land along the MRT is valuable, demolition of old buildings to re-build a new building in the trend of urban renewal, will become the focus of future development. But mostly by Kaohsiung MRT shield tunnel construction, how to remove the transit system within the scope of both sides of the old construction, can not affect the tunnel displacement or subsidence deep foundations, so there must be protection projects and measures for the development of the construction process, to ensure that the Czech Republic transport tunnel without adverse effects, is an important issue. The research department to Kaohsiung Cianjin Area Old building, scheduled after the removal of the new building, for example, with five stages of the value engineering research analysis step, to explore the deep foundation project for along the MRT. The results showed that the original low pressure grouting (ground improvement) of the project cost more than 22.9 Bai million, ranked stirring pile of recommendations sealing project costs of more than 21.9 Bai million.
