Market share of H company has been divided, competitors poaching, a huge loss of talents, cause H company facing Operational difficulties.Author believes that at this time how to improve organizational commitment of employees, and thus enhance the performance of employees as an important factor in business continuity. This study is based on analysis and induction, collect relevant literature and case studies, then explore the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance, and summarized the relationship between the variables from the variable organizational commitment and job performance, and with the use of case study analysis comparison of similarities and differences between organizational commitment and job performance.After analysis this study resulted that between organizational commitment and job performance have a correlation existence, and is a positive correlation.The study results that the higher organizational commitment is, job performance is also higher, whereas the lower the organizational commitment is, the performance of their work is lower.Therefore, organizational commitment is one of the important factors in the job performance, through this study can be understood the association between organizational commitment and organizational performance, and as a reference of the management and enhancement of organization's job performance.
