The subject for twelve university taekwondo athlete (six male and six female average, height: 170.3±7.8 cm, weight: 63.4±8.6 kg, training experience: 9.2±1.9 year).Divided into normoxic treadmill and hypoxic rowing group training methods to compare by weight and V4 ability to balance the order of the grouping method. The paired t-test was used to analyze there parameters. The statistical significance was set as α= .05 The results are as follows: (1) One week hypoxic group training rowing lactate improved results, but training heart rate compared with normoxic group improved better. (2) Normoxic and hypoxic two were unable to produce the effect of aerobic ability for the one week training; While the after training threshold Variation of tiny, will not be able direct reaction during subjects performance. (3) Normoxic treadmill and hypoxic rowing training on simulation game in NH3 values were tested and showed improved by increasing the load; hypoxic group at higher intensities lactate improve better, while heart rate was normoxia . (4) Taekwondo competition in simulated load in lactate concentration is determined for the different players and Strategy impact, and V4 capacity building is still required for this item focus on the elements.
