Project management skills through case company to achieve higher-order functions satisfy the customer demand projected date successfully market and make use of financial management methods projector case company departments to maintain profitable basis, so that businesses, manufacturing, materials, research and development related units can collaborate reach sector performance. So we generated the conclusions and suggestions were as below: A.Integration of the various stages of the development process of new project phase in, for the process to reduce the risks associated with lack of material and build a modular platform design concept in the future competitiveness of the industry's continued leadership derivative project.
