LEE Abstract Landing action is good or not has a close relationship with the lower extremity joints hurt, better landing action must be able to effectively cushion the impact absorbed by the body. In this study, this study ten Vicon infrared cameras and synchronized Kistler force plates to collect ten study participants (Age: 21.90 ± 4.43 years old, Height:172.15 ± 5.81 cm, Weight: 66.60 ± 9.18 Kg). In two different heights (50%, 100%) at two different actions (DL, DJ) dominant leg Kinematics and Kinetic of land information to understand the different heights and different actions for changing the dominant leg ground reaction relations force parameters. The resulting information is dependent sample t-test analysis height differences, the level of statistical significance were set at α = .05. The results show whether the drop landing (DL) or the drop jump (DJ) in the range of motion (ROM) of the hip joint is relatively small, but larger than the knee and ankle. Therefore, to increase the range of motion of the knee and ankle can Landing reduce the impact force arising from large ground reaction forces to reduce pressure on the body produced by bone muscle tissue.
