Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 102 === Scheduling for rehabilitation rooms can reduce wait time of patients, and increase usage rate of rehabilitation resources, so as to improve rehabilitation service quality. Thus, it is necessary to establish a scheduling mechanism for the rehabilitation room. However, in the past studies, the scheduling method based on the given number of patients cannot meet needs in the clinical practice. This paper presents a dynamic scheduling mechanism suitable for clinical care in the rehabilitation room. It uses a hybrid scheduling algorithm to arrange physical therapists and therapy sequence for patients using rehabilitation instrument to minimize the aggregated time of completing the entire therapy session. By using Near-Field Communication technology, the dynamic scheduling event can be triggered via wireless transmission and communication with servers, and the latest scheduling information is reorganized and displayed. Meanwhile, the treatment course information are obtained to reduce time for physical therapists to run back and forth between the front desk and the therapy equipment. The therapists’ burden can be reduced and the number of people who can use therapy facilities can be increased. Experimental result shows that proposed mechanism can reduce 40 percent of average waiting time.
